    • Eligible Crops: CORN, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, alfalfa, oats, rye, sorghum, and many more.

    • Eligible Acres:  2020 planted acres of the crop

      • excluding prevented planting and experimental acres

    • Payment = Eligible Acres X the GREATER OF:

      1. $15 /ac acre; OR

      2. (a nationwide crop marketing percentage) X (a crop-specific payment rate) X (your 2020 weighted avg. crop ins. APH approved yield)

    • Payment Examples:

      1. Corn - assuming a 170 bu/ac weighted avg. APH

        1. 40% x 58 c/bu = 23.2 c/bu x 170 bu/ac APH = $39.44 /ac

      2. Soybeans - assuming a 55 bu/ac weighted avg. APH

        1. 54% x 58 c/bu = 31.32 c/bu x 55 bu/ac APH = $17.22 /ac
